Field Proven Technology
SPARTAN Recess shares a technology platform with other SPARTAN products, many of which have several years of field proven performance. Sharing the optics and light engine platforms with our SPARTAN Linear and our PSU and batteries with SPARTAN Bulkhead, we are able to provide the same established durability and reliability in our new solutions for recessed lighting. The commonality of parts and components also helps Raytec achieve our best-in-class delivery times.
DALI 2.0
We are pleased to offer DALI 2.0 Dimmable as standard on all Recess luminaires for precise and flexible control of lighting assets.
Emergency Variant
Raytec offers various emergency variants of their luminaires to ensure there is always light on site even when power in interrupted. The standard emergency model, in 600×600 and 300×1200 versions, ensures 25% output with a duration of 180 minutes. Additionally, there are options available for 50%, 75%, and 100% output variants across most products. This versatility ensures that appropriate lighting levels are maintained during power outages.
The Recess luminaires are also equipped with an Intelligent Emergency self-test feature, like other Raytec luminaires. This involves a random test occurring every three months, rigorously testing the battery’s capacity and the luminaire’s overall condition. If the battery is not operating at full capacity, the luminaires can perform self-recovery to restore optimum performance. This ensures reliability and reduces the need for manual maintenance checks.
Lighting Design
We take immense pride in offering a complimentary lighting design service that enhances the installation process by providing the end user and installer with a detailed report that shows the lighting levels that will be achieved on-site. This ensures there are no surprises at the point of commissioning and acts as a guide during installation, reducing installation time.
