Integrating VARIO IP with Axis ACAP (Part 1)
The VARIO IP range of network illuminators is the first lighting range to be ‘edge’ integrated into the Axis Camera Application Platform (ACAP)to create a smart system capable of delivering a situation-dependent lighting response for improved security and safety.
In this short 2 minute tutorial we show how VARIO IP network illuminators can be easily added to the ACAP platform, and configured into groups via the interface embedded in the camera. Part 2 of this series will show how to manage communications between VARIO IP and Axis cameras to create a dynamic lighting system capable of responding instantly to camera events.
